In 2003, the Junior League of Beaumont unveiled its beautiful hard cover cookbook "Dining Without Reservations." The book features a delightful variety of tried and tested recipes from our active and sustaining members and members of our community. Our recipes suit a variety of pallets ranging from fine dining to Cajun good old home cooking. Each recipe is uniquely delicious with easy, understandable directions. In September 2003, the Junior League of Beaumont launched its fabulous new hardcover cookbook, Dining Without Reservations. This beautiful cookbook is available through Junior League members, direct contact with the Junior League of Beaumont offices, and the League’s website. The League accepts credit card purchases and is happy to work with League supporters who need to make special arrangements, such as expedited delivery, use of special delivery methods, and gift wrapping.
In addition, Dining Without Reservations is available through a variety of retailers and distributors, with the League continually broadening its distribution network. The league is happy to hear from prospective vendors, as well as individual purchasers.
To showcase our beautiful cookbook, we sponsor a Gourmet Kitchen Tour of local homes. Come sample delicious recipes from our wonderful cookbook and tour beautiful homes throughout Beaumont at the same time. Each home features a helpful demonstration of local chefs. Tickets for this fabulous tour are $10.00 per person.
