Done In A Day (DIAD) Project Request Form

If you would like JLB volunteer assistance for a new community project, please fill out this form in its entirety. Projects will be considered according to the availability of the DIAD committee members. The projects that are best suited for this committee are projects that can be completed in a day (4-5 hours). Advance notice is much appreciated! Examples of 05-06 requests that were not scheduled on the DIAD calendar: Spindletop Spin, MDA Stride & Ride, CASA Carnival.
